At home Pho

While stocking up on groceries a few weeks ago I spotted a box of Pho broth in the soup aisle. I love Pho and I figured it was worth trying out. I picked up some rice noodles, basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, green onions, and through in some sriracha and hoisin sauce to complete the dish. Not as good as some of my favorite Vietnamese joints but it definitely hit the spot on a cool autumn night.
