Brunchin' It with Grandpa

--Huckleberry's is a brunch joint in Fairfield with a swampy, Southern, Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn type of feel. We took a visit here with our Grandpa for some quality bonding time. Our variety of food we ordered included a Huckleberry waffle (similar to blueberries), Southern-fried catfish with a side of grits, a "French Connection" breakfast sandwich made with french toast, and a combo of hot links, scramble eggs with cheese, potatoes, and a blueberry muffin.
