Crispy Southwest Wrap

Tonight I didn't feel like spending a whole lot of time cooking so I thought a simple wrap would be a good meal. I choose to go with one of my favorite meat substitutes, Gardein. Gardein makes all sorts of different meat substitutes but their Chipotle Lime tenders are my favorite. After the tenders were done cooking in the oven prepped my wrap. I filled the multigrain wrap with spring mix, pico de gallo, salsa verde, Mexican blend cheese, and avocado. Pretty simple and super tasty.
