My Trip to the Boot

An authentic New Orleans catfish po-boy sandwich.

For Spring Break 2010 I took a trip to New Orleans, LA to volunteer with Hurricane Katrina relief. And even though it was a tourist-type trip we still managed to sneak in a trip to the French Quarter, a very tasty trip. By far, the best thing I ate were the warm beignets from Cafe Du Monde... definitely the best I have ever had.
