Cabo San Lucas

A seafood platter at Mocambo's featuring bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp,
fried red snapper, calamari, stuffed lobster tails, crap legs,
and jumbo shrimp. Deliciousness.

This summer I was lucky enough to take a trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, a place known for its beaches but also holds some bragging rights for its seafood, at least in my opinion. This picture gives a hint of the type of food I am talking about. What was my favorite, you ask? Fresh mahi mahi stuffed with shrimp and scallops eaten on the bay under the stars with my boyfriend (and yes you could call that the best date ever!)
