Sunday's Finest

Tonight, Michelle and I cooked quite an EPIC dinner ( if we do say so ourselves)..

fresh chopped seasoned Yukon gold potatoes


chicken pieces with chopped onions, lemon wedges, and various seasonings

we did not realize that the potatoes needed to be boiled before sautéing , so we tried to add water later on in the cooking process to soften them down. As a result the potatoes did soften but became more of a 'mashed' consistency.
