Early V Day present

This year since Valentines Day fell on a Monday (boo!) Francis and I decided to go out to eat the weekend before. Francis chose to take me to one of my favorite places in the bay area, Primo Patio Cafe. We could not have picked a more perfect day to go to the city. It was a perfect 67 degrees there, which made walking a mile to get there from the BART station seem peaceful. It was so sunny during the walk but thank goodness we had our sunglasses.

Primo Patio is located in San Francisco and mixes fresh ingredients with Caribbean style spices. Their menu reflects roots springing from Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico, with a special zing.

I love the inside decor. The bright decorations of the patio area combined with the sunny weather made you almost forget that it was actually still technically winter time.




Here are our delicious eats--

Cornbread with green pepper ( i think ? ).. it was sweet with a little spice

Francis ordered the Grilled Jerk Chicken Sandwich, which was served with Caribbean Red Fries and primo sauce

I ordered the Snapper and Shrimp Tostadas - it tasted even better than it looks :)

Finally we rounded it out with a side order of the Plantains

Everything per usual was ultra fresh and very tasty. Hope to be soon (preferably on another nice sunny day)
