TGIF: Thank God It's Fry-Day
After a long week full of midterms, readings, and assignments I was very happy to see Friday. Typically my boyfriend and I go out to eat on Friday nights, but since we went Costco shopping together we decided to just make a meal together. So since they were selling fresh farm-raised catfish we decided to try our hand at frying (using a Zatarain's fry mix).
I was in charge of the actual frying.
