Tacos!

For many college students, tacos for dinner only come on Tuesdays as they attent Taco Tuesday events for cheap alcohol and tacos. Not me. Monique suggested that we have tacos for dinner to take advantage of the tasty guacamole my mom had whipped up so I got to cooking. One pound of ground beef and numerous fried corn tortillas later, this was the end product:


Not too bad if I do say so myself... and I'm sure Monique would agree.
