When your Grandpa gives you Lemons.....

Make Lemonade! So it is finally starting to get warm in Berkeley and nothing beats warm weather like a tall glass of fresh lemonade. Our grandpa has a lemon tree in his front yard that grows large lemons by the bunch. Seriously, it has so many lemons that he gives them to people passing by. Usually we just use the lemons to make lemon chicken and seasoned spinach but today Michelle decided to roll up her sleeves and get to squeezing. Making lemonade isn’t quite as easy as it sounds. There is a fine line between the ratio of lemon juice, water, and sugar. The process required lots of taste testing but the outcome ended up being very successful.
